Let me start by saying that I never review a business unless they really deserve it. This McDonald's location deserves less than one star if it was even possible.
I visited this location three times with a three strike policy. They wasted no time losing my business forever.
On my first visit, it took forever to order, longer for the food to be ready, and the fries were cold and unsalted.
Second visit, fries were once again unsalted, and hard as a rock.
Tonight, I went there at 11:40pm knowing they were open until midnight since it's a Saturday. I get to the drive-thru speaker and the employee has the nerve to tell me to go home because they're closing early to clean. I worked at a different McDonald's location in North Phoenix eight years ago, so I know that the closing shift isn't supposed to clean until after business hours, NOT early.
Drive the extra 2 miles to 92nd and Shea and get much better service.
