Love the stuff we bought. However not happy with the lies they used to sell it to us. The month we bought our $3000 couch they were advertising double reward cash back. What they didn't tell us was that they don't charge the pottery barn credit card until it ships which was the next month. The next month the double rewards gimmick was over and we only got half of the cash back that we were told we would get. To make matters worse we got the run around and no resolution when we tried to get the problem solved. The people that work at this store would rather put you off until you forget about their mistakes and just give up.
