This was our first time dealing with FDC and Kevin and it was a great experience. Kevin is very knowledgeable and guided us through the process and pointed out things that we never considered. During the installation of the system, Kevin was considerate of the business and we barely noticed him. Once the system was put in he took the time to show us how the system worked and was always available when we forgot it all including the phone and computer access. The system itself is state of the art and is easy to use. Overall the service was excellent, the system awesome, the price was right and any follow-up has been dealt with promptly.
