Win Nails

Employees are not friendly. I been here 3xs and the 3rd was it! When I went the first time and didn't want to choose anything but the simple pedicure from thier pamphlet, the lady snatched the pamphlet and no longer talked to me just gave me attitude. The 2nd time the did my nails uneven. I wanted to give them a 3rd since I live so close but the same thing happened and my nail broke the next day of getting them done. HORRIBLE experience and nails. their rude!

I was a loyal customer for 8 years always fighting the crowd because I thought they did a pretty good job. Until I was next in line to get my nails done by Matt because his 11:30 appointment didn't show(I usually make an appt and I always call ahead). After my pedi it was my turn and Matt's 11:30 decided to show up at 12:30. He took her 1st and that was it for me. I tip probably more then I should and they will miss me. I left, letting him know I would never be back and I found a 5 star nail shop down the road that made me realize I'd been missing out this whole time. Also to add, they need to upgrade the inside looks terrible and they still had the xmas tree and decorations up. It's almost February. Lazy....
